Grilled 'Egg In The Basket' Sandwich

This recipe was a bit of an experimental one. I was influenced by this scene in 'V for Vendetta', where V is cooking an egg within a slice of bread (known as an 'egg in the basket'). I then saw this video which took it too the next level, by inserting a layer of cheese between the slices and thus, converting it into a grilled cheese sandwich.
