Ingredients needed to get started:
1. 1 packet of short pasta (tortiglioni)
2. 1 can of sauce
3. Olive oil and salt
4. Italian pork sausages
5. 250ml vegetable stock
Step 1: Cook Pasta
Fill the pot with water and put pasta into it and set it to boil. Then add two spoons of salt when the water comes a boil. ( The important thing here is that make sure the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.)
Step 2: Add Sausages
Cut your sausages into pieces and put them into the pot with boiling water. (So this was the biggest mistake I made here, I got the wrong type of sausages. As soon as I put in they started falling apart like this =P )
Step 3: Add Oil and Keep Cooking
So put 2 tbsp olive oil into the pot and keep cooking for about 10 minutes. ( It actually doesn't have to be 10 minutes, you can stop cooking the pasta as long as it goes tender. As you can see, the sausages totally ruined my pasta :( )
Step 4: Pour Vegetable Stock
Once you finish cooking, put the pasta into a big plate and pour some vegetable stock.....( yeah I know I was stupid. We are suppose to put vegetable stock into the pot when we are cooking the pasta! Anyway I assume it works the same :P I also got rid of those "retarded" sausages to make it look less gross but you can still see a bit of them.)
Add tomato sauce and fully blend them. Okay now I call it bloody finger pasta! ( Pasta with sauce should look fine and I don't know why my one looks so weird. It looks like one of those dishes in zombie cafe. Yeah maybe I'll just try one of them next time :O)
Okay I'm finished! Finger Pasta is ready to serve! Oh wait I just found out that it looks more like bloody maggots lol. You guys want to know how it tasted like? I'll tell you, it tastes like nothing! I don't know if it is because the salt and oil didn't work or anything. Anyway that was my terrible experience with pasta and next time I think I'll try some dishes in zombie cafe! It's gonna be so much fun!
